He led the due diligence process, valuations, and negotiations, and then seamlessly integrated our accounting records into the acquiring company’s systems. This complex transition was accomplished smoothly because of his foresight and meticulous approach. From 2018 to 2025, Mohamed managed annual audits with professionalism and precision. He modernized our systems by converting manual processes into efficient digital workflows, covering invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, cash management, and credit card handling. His vigilance also protected the company during state income tax, sales tax, and workers’ compensation audits, significantly reducing liabilities. During the Covid pandemic, Mohamed’s leadership was critical. He secured PPP funding at a time when business continuity and workforce stability were in jeopardy—his efforts helped preserve jobs and ensured that SIE weathered one of the most difficult challenges in its history. Looking back, I can say without hesitation that Mohamed’s role was central to SIE’s financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term success. His professionalism, loyalty, and ability to anticipate and manage financial challenges set the highest standard. Beyond his technical expertise, Mohamed was a trusted partner whose integrity and commitment left a lasting impact on the company and on me personally.
